Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new and unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Warranty

Field Shield includes a 90‑day limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear, chewing, misuse, or modifications.
